The Common House is the center of our community life. We gather there. We eat there. We make decisions there. We play there. Our kids play there. We entertain there. We receive our friends and relatives there. We first meet new community members there. We relax there. In short, it is our house. It is our home. It is an extension of our homes and reflects our individual and common tastes. It was built in 1994 as an expression of our collective needs, wants, and means. It ages as a mirror of our continued, collective growth.
The Common House incorporates a large dining room and commercial-grade kitchen, a library, meeting rooms, guest room suites, an exercise room, a kids play room, sauna, a laundry, decks and a screened-in porch and a large open, finished basement. Now, see why it’s so special?
